Acceptance
By accessing services hosted at vanderveen.house, you agree to these terms. These services are private personal automation tools and are not intended for public use.
Access
Access to authenticated services is restricted to accounts explicitly authorized by the project owner, Brett VanderVeen. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
Services provided
Services include personal email organization, digest generation, and home automation tools. These are provided as-is for personal use with no warranty of availability or fitness for any particular purpose.
Google API
Authorized users grant our application access to their Gmail account via Google OAuth. This access may be revoked at any time through Google Account permissions. Use of Google API data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
These services are personal tools provided without warranty. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use these services, including but not limited to email misclassification or data loss.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
